
Biography
Bixara Simón is a Mexican attorney specializing in real estate, corporate, notarial, and corporate law. Throughout his career, he has developed solid experience advising foreign clients on the acquisition of real estate in Mexico, structuring trusts in restricted areas, and designing customized legal frameworks for each type of investment. He has also advised real estate developers on land acquisition, construction, and sale of properties, on the establishment of condominium ownership regimes, tax strategies applied to the real estate sector, and on the structuring of real estate trusts for the development and commercialization of projects.
A law graduate from Anáhuac University Cancún, he is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Law from Anáhuac University México Norte. His training is complemented by diplomas in leadership, professional skills development, financial literacy, and Rethinking International Tax Law from Leiden University, which allows him to offer his clients a comprehensive legal and strategic perspective on each transaction.
Throughout his career, Bixara has collaborated with high-profile law firms in Cancun, serving as a real estate manager, leading numerous acquisition processes, and providing legal advice on real estate, corporate, and property matters.

He has also worked on projects for large hotel chains, obtaining licenses and permits from federal, state, and municipal authorities. In addition, during his early career, he actively participated in a civil association, collaborating with various government institutions and private companies in the formalization of agreements and social and community development projects.
